Outwest EMS is a Southern Arizona–based event standby emergency medical services provider dedicated to keeping events safe, prepared, and professionally supported.

Founded and led by a career EMS and fire professional with nearly three decades of field experience, Outwest EMS was built on the belief that event medicine should be proactive, organized, and seamlessly integrated into event operations — not reactive or improvised.

Meet Our Team

⚠  We Are a Non-Transport Agency

Outwest EMS is a non-transport standby EMS agency. This means:

  • We provide on-site emergency medical assessment and stabilization.
  • We do not transport patients to the hospital.
  • If hospital care is required, we activate and coordinate with the local 911 transport system.
  • We work seamlessly alongside municipal EMS and fire agencies when higher levels of care are needed.
